Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner for Korea(mainly) and Taiwan is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers, and driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives. Based in Seoul or Cheonan, this role ensures high-quality hiring outcomes through data-driven sourcing, candidate engagement, and collaboration with HR operations. Responsibilities: Lead recruitment campaigns by aligning with hiring managers and leveraging market data to shape hiring strategies. Manage job postings, candidate shortlisting, interviews, and assessments. Provide feedback and coaching to candidates in compliance with local laws. Oversee offer negotiations and ensure smooth closure of vacancies.

Collaborate with HR operations and external agencies to ensure seamless recruitment processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 8–13 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a strong passion for talent acquisition. Proven success in diverse sourcing strategies and market intelligence. Proficiency in recruitment tools (CRM, ATS) and understanding of privacy regulations like GDPR. Fluent in Korean and business level in English and Chinese
