An opportunity exists for motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Brand Manager with strong organisational abilities to join our team. Based in Rhodes, this unique role offers exposure to all elements of the marketing mix from development of brand strategy to execution across comms and NPD. You will be involved in innovation & renovation stage gating, campaign development, brand planning, monitoring performance (such as sales, market share figures and competitive reviews) and the management of budgets.

A day in the Life…Support with execution of brand plans Support implementation of innovation & renovation projects, including collaborating with cross functional teams to meet key Go-To-Market milestones Assist with the development and execution of communications plan or brand activation initiatives working with key agency partnersMonitor and analyse brand performance metrics including sales volumes, market share trends and competitor activityBuild strong working relationship with internal stakeholders, including commercial (sales, trade activation, supply chain, finance), agency partners and Regional marketing contactsSupport Marketing team on any key projectsManage purchase orders, budget management with effective tracking and reportingPreparation of materials / samples required for customer reviews that include go-to-market administration and any other team support requiredWhat will make you successful:

You will be degree qualified (Commerce / Business / Marketing) and ideally have had exposure within FMCG Sales and / or Marketing with at least 2 years work experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong project management skills are essential, and a level of digital experience will be highly regardedA self starter who can display initiative and, if hits a problem, figures out who to engage to get it sortedA passion for brands and marketing with natural curiosity to learn and growDemonstrated commercial acumen, along with a level of experience in NPD and/or scan data analysis (e. g.
