$40-$50 Hourly on W2 (Paid Weekly)What You’ll DoAs a Data Analyst, you’ll be the driving force behind Support of Parts and Service for Product Link and Vision Link Products. Also support customer facing dashboards, troubleshoot data quality issues, document requirements and lead meetings and give feedback to customers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Learn and build expertise in the VisionLink/ProductLink/Cat Telematics eco-systemTroubleshoot, identify and correct Cat Telematics issues, where possibleClearly communicate identified issues to business partners, dealers, customers and othersUtilize in-house tools to monitor customer telematics & provide feedback on improvementsDevelop/assist in development of dashboards/tools for monitoringDevelop and maintain tools, dashboards, and/or reports for EM team as assignedWillingness to dig into details and work across organization to identify root causes, escalate issues as necessary and report out to managementDesire, ability and motivation to work effectively to achieve high level targets without constant follow-upAbility to provide self-motivationDesire to maintain responsibility over defined customers, targets, and/or deliverablesWillingness to report out on progress towards goals & deliverables on a regular basisPotential to build customer reports through PowerBI and/or Excel.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications: (Required)PowerBI ExperienceModerate Excel ExperienceAnalytical Skills(Desired) CAT Digital Experience - Product Link / Vision LinkEducation and Experience: Bachelor's in Engineering degree with 8+ years of experience or Master’s degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum with 6+ years of industry experience.
