We are seeking dedicated professionals who are willing to relocate to Greece - we provide a relocation package!We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Greek employer.Recruitment Process: Easy online recruitment process (phone call and video interview)No Experience Needed: Previous experience is not required. What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things!Work in the office in Athens!About the project:You will be working for a subscription-based streaming service that allows our members to watch TV shows and movies on an internet-connected device.Your Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiriesTroubleshoot and resolve streaming issuesProvide information on subscription plansAssist with account management and billingEscalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teamsStay up-to-date with new features and contentFollow strict guidelines for data protection and customer privacy.What you will need:Fluent level of Swedish language (at least C1)Good level of English language (at least B2)Communication skillsEnthusiasm and a desire to learn new thingsEligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)You need to be in Greece or open for permanent relocation there - with our excellent relocation package!Salary, bonuses and benefits:Full time contract with a Greek employerStandard salary 1300 - 1400 euro gross per month (including 2 extra salaries granted by a Greek law)up to 300€ gross as a Performance Bonus per month – for results from work and meeting expectationsPaid holidays at higher rates according to Greek lawHealth packageFull-time, fixed-term Greek contractAmazing relocation support for those wanting to relocate to Greece:Paid flight ticketAirport taxi2 weeks free hotel stayAssistance with finding an apartmentRelocation is required for the entire duration of the training and employment period.We also have other projects for Swedish speakers in the field of automotive, communication, sales and tourism!
