Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time. Netflix is looking for finance professionals to join our team. This role will support the FP&A team and manage data-entry, validation, and reconciliation to build accurate financial forecasts.

This role will also contribute to reporting and financial analysis that are used to inform important business decisions. ResponsibilitiesExecute and manage data entry for forecasting and analysisPerform data validation and reconciliation analysisSupporting near-term and long-term P&L forecastsSupporting key portions of the company's free cash flow forecastContribute to presentations and memos that can support financial and business decisionsPrior experience in financial planning & analysis or accounting is preferred. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of performing financial analysis and knowledge of the forecast submission process.

Requirements1-3 years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysisProficiency with spreadsheet-based tools like Google Sheets or ExcelExperience with managing and analyzing large, complex data setsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsSound working knowledge of the related accounting guidance preferredBachelor's degree with emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature, preferably Business, Economics, or MathematicsMust be amenable to working on a hybrid setup, 2-3 times onsite in our Makati officeInclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
