Job Description⁠⁠⁠⁠Job Description/ 職務内容NetSuiteは“land and expand”という戦略をもっています。Small Startで導入し、顧客の要望や成長に合わせて、クラウドERPの機能を拡張していく営業戦略をもっています。既存顧客のアカウントマネージャーである本職務の内容は、（１）既存顧客へのCloudERP製品の利用拡大に伴う売上増（例えば、財務会計モジュールを使用の企業に販売管理モジュールを提案し、使用している事業部や関連企業を増やす）、（2）既存契約のリテンションがKPIとなります。ResponsibilitiesRoles & Responsibility/ 個人に期待する役割やミッションお客様のＣ-Ｌｅｖｅｌを含めたキーパーソンとの関係構築しつつ、ビジネス機会の創出を行い、財務部門や管理部門、経営企画部門、技術部門などの社内の様々な関係者と協力しながら、ERP Cloud製品のソリューション提案や販売を行って頂きます。Must/ 必須のキャリア、スキル、資格など法人向けITソリューション営業経験５年程度以上結果とオーナーシップに100％の情熱を注ぎ、Bias for Actionで活動できる方アカウントプランおよびテリトリープランを作成・運用を行った経験顧客の組織を理解し、Ｃ-Ｌｅｖｅｌとのビジネスコミュニケーションができること営業のトップ集団の常連であり、それを裏付けるデータを持っている方仕事熱心で、集中力があり、情熱的で、献身的な方テクノロジーについて学ぶことを楽しみ、それを顧客にとっての価値に変換できるWant/歓迎するキャリア、スキル、資格など他社製品を含むERPや財務会計などのアプリケーション製品の販売経験SaaSソリューションの提案・販売経験Language/語学力最低限、英語に対するアレルギーなく、読み書きを求めます。英語力がある方は優遇します。弊社グローバルのプロダクト、マーケティング、イネーブルメントのチームと連携を英語で行いビジネスをグロースすることができます。また、顧客の海外部門との商談機会もあります。Location/勤務地東京（外苑前） リモート勤務も週1－2回であれば可能QualificationsCareer Level - IC3About UsAs a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow’s technology to tackle today’s challenges.
