While the primary work location is North Sydney, the role will require occasional on-site work at our Yennora office, and our Huntingwood data centre, to provide essential infrastructure and end-user support.This role is a great opportunity if you are seeking a role that is diverse and challenging in a supportive team.The Network Administrator is responsible for ensuring high availability and robust security of all End-User Computing (EUC) devices and provide core network operational support, optimising system performance and user efficiency.In addition, the role is responsible forEnsuring timely and effective deployment of security updates to PCs, laptops, and servers.Investigating any security alerts or concerns from staff as a priority.Maintaining system backups as per the Company Backup Framework.Facilitating data restores when requested, in accordance with the company's backup cycle.Actioning all user profile requests (addition/change/deletion) promptly upon receipt of appropriate paperwork.Monitoring and triaging the Zendesk ticketing system, ensuring correct categorisation and assignment.Providing comprehensive support for IT hardware (e.g., Laptops, Servers, Mobile Phones and Video conferencing equipment).Providing comprehensive support for all core software (e.g., Microsoft 365, SAP, Salesforce, Adobe).As The Successful Applicant, You Will Possess The FollowingAt least 12 months' experience in a similar or related IT support role.Proven knowledge/previous experience in hardware maintenance and warranty coordination.A current driver’s licence would be advantageous for travel to other sites such as, Yennora and Huntingwood.
