We’re looking for a passionate Data Scientist / AI Model Developer who will build intelligent systems that power network insights, automation, and data-driven decisions across the organization.You will be accountable for assembling data models, developing machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and self-service data products that serve both functional and non-functional needs of NTG. You will also help ensure clean, trusted data is available for dashboards, insights, reports, and advanced analytics applications.Duties & And ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do🔹 Data Integration & EngineeringIntegrate and profile large-scale network and business data into a single, unified schema across subject areas.Analyze and design data integration solutions that scale with growing data volumes.Troubleshoot data issues (e.g., missing fields, malformed dates) to ensure data integrity and quality.🔹 Data Mining & Model SupportCollaborate with the NAI Team to enhance business model maps and analytical pipelines.Validate and optimize presentation layer configurations to align with the underlying data model.🔹 Advanced Analytics & ModelingDesign and develop Cluster, Cohort, Predictive, and Prescriptive analytics models.Build data models that support geospatial and interactive analytics capabilities.🔹 Data Science & Machine LearningDevelop, train, and deploy machine learning and predictive models to uncover patterns and optimize network performance.Maintain a repository of algorithms for scalable use by data scientists and analysts.Conduct statistical and exploratory analyses to solve complex data problems.Continuously improve analytical models and tools, researching new technologies and methodologies.Participate in workshops to refine the use of SAS and other analytical platforms in the Globe NAI environment.Who You AreA data-driven problem solver with strong curiosity and a passion for innovation.Experienced in data modeling, analytics, or machine learning.Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and integrating diverse data sources.Collaborative, proactive, and excited to help shape Globe’s data intelligence future.RequirementsBachelor's Degree graduate of any IT-related, Math/Statistics and Data Science coursesAt least 2 years experience in data science, engineering or machine learningKnowledgeable in Python, SQL, basic ML models and cloud-based technologiesAWS/GCP or cloud computation is a PlusEqual Opportunity EmployerGlobe’s hiring process promotes equal opportunity to applicants, Any form of discrimination is not tolerated throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including the hiring process such as in posting vacancies, selecting, and interviewing applicants.Globe’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy Commitment can be accessed hereMake Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
