The Network/Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support for desktop computers and printers, troubleshooting hardware issues, and maintaining computer hardware. The engineer will work closely with team members to ensure optimal IT performance and efficient resolution of technical problems.QualificationsProficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer HardwareExperience in Technical Support and TroubleshootingPrinter Support skillsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work on-site in CopenhagenA degree in Information Technology or a related field is a plusCertification in relevant IT support courses is advantageousMinimum of B2 or Native in Danish
