Network Engineer

Job Title: Network EngineerCompany: Pandora Production VietnamLocation: Factory - VSIP III, Tan Uyen District, Binh DuongIndustry: Jewelry ManufacturingJob Overview:The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and intermittently improving our network configuration and infrastructure. You will design our revamped network infrastructure with the goal of maximizing our network performance. You will also provide troubleshooting and configuration support by using your strong technical skills.Key Objectives:Primary: Build and operate LAN network and wireless solutions for the Manufacturing area.Secondary: Assist infrastructure teams for local technical support.Key Duties:Deliver on individual assignments for LAN and wireless networking in the Pandora manufacturing environment, including design related work.Cooperate directly with other IT staff, Pandora manufacturing team and Pandora IT partners to conduct the assignments.Hands-on configuration of the LAN and WLAN equipment according to Pandora standards.Contribute to the network architects to design and deploy new LAN & Wireless solutions in manufacturing.Provide operational support for network related incidents in manufacturing and in the global network.What is needed to succeed3-5 years of experience working in Network or Network Security ManagementPrevious working experience as a Network ManagerBuilt and delivered enterprise level campus networks for wireless and wired connectivityTechnical expertise with Cisco network solutions, especially Cisco LAN products, Cisco wireless LAN infrastructure including wireless controllers and Cisco Identity Service EngineExperience in field engineering, wireless surveys, network cable management and NetDevOps environmentsPreferably experience with Palo Alto firewall solutionsPreferably experience from working with network solutions for manufacturing environments supporting production operations management and SCADA deploymentsProvide operational support for network infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution, be part of on-call rotationsExperience in infrastructure developmentHighly proficient in English and able to communicate with all levelsWork independently without supervision to drive activities to conclusionA strong sense of ownership and a pride in doing the greatUnderstanding the importance of stakeholder managementAlways looking for opportunities to improve and do betterDue to the high volume of applications, we will only be reaching out to candidates who are being actively considered.
