Network Engineer Trainee Job Level: Entry-Level No. of Vacancy/s:2Employment Type: Full Time Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or B.E. in Computer Engineering or related field. Requirements: Must have sound knowledge on routing and switching protocols. CCNA Training or certifications preferred Understanding of TCP/IP Networking, OSI Model, routing protocols, firewall, VPN, VLAN, etc. Must have sound knowledge on LAN, WAN and its functionality. Willing to work during odd hours.Be proactive and quickly understand the new technologies. Exceptional customer service skills, solid troubleshooting skills, ability to work well in a team environment.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Research and deployment of new technologies.Co-ordinate with Internal teams and work with Vendors.Provide L1 and L2 support to the customers. Responsible to timely elevation of technical problems. Should be able to interact efficiently with local and remote teams with ease.Work closely with the senior engineer, team lead and project manager. Timely updates, reporting and preparation of the required documents.Stay up to date with latest technologies and best practices.
