Beyond hospitality, we provide technology for healthcare, maritime, and co-living spaces, integrating with global partners like Samsung, LG, Google, and Apple to drive seamless innovation.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Network Installation Technician for primarily the Benelux region. At Nonius Benelux, we specialize in cutting-edge technology solutions that elevate guest experiences and streamline operations for the hospitality industry across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.In this role, you’ll collaborate with an international team, working closely with the Subsidiary Director, and play a key part in delivering seamless, high-performance network installations.The position will be based at our Almere office.ResponsibilitiesAttend sites to resolve issues related with Nonius Solutions at our customers;Within the scope of execution of tasks/worksheets of Projects and Customer Support:​Installation/replacement of telecommunications, electrical and multimedia equipment (routers, switches, access points, UPS, TVs, STBs, cameras);​Perform tasks/worksheets of surveys to structured networks and wifi;​Perform tasks/worksheets for installation/correction of customer network racks;​Perform tasks/worksheets for installation/correction and alignment of satellite antennas;​ Perform tasks/worksheets of installation/electrical correction in racks (UPS, cables).Preparation of technical tasks report/maintenance worksheets;Internal IT operations coordinated by the IT Nonius dept;Full attendance and exemplary punctuality;Execution of weekly interventions report;Responsibility for the work vehicle: keep the vehicle clean and in good working order and carry out the revisions in accordance with the Responsible's instruction; Responsibility for working tools.​Must HaveHigh school diploma or equivalent, along with a 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience in Telecom and/or Networking.Ability to work in WAN/LAN environment.Working with routers, servers and TCP/IP environment.CCNA or other switching/routing courses or work experience that can be considered equivalent.Valid driver’s license and be available to travel within the country and abroad.Fluency in English (written and spoken).Proficiency in Dutch.Excellent communication skills and exceptional customer awareness.Nice to HaveHospitality experience, preferably Hotel IT or vendor.Linux admin experience and shell scripting.Awareness of hotel chain brand standards.Experience with leading IT equipment.Experience with Hotels, TV systems, Coax and IP networks, Wi-Fi, IT, ISP.What's great in the job?Great team of smart people in a friendly and open culture;Real responsabilities and autonomy;Expand your knowledge of various countries and regionsGreat career opportunity in a fast-evolving Technology company;Contribute to the greater experience of millions of Travellers around the World!
