We're a young and energetic team that embraces challenges with enthusiasm.Responsibilities• Monitor network infrastructure, including critical network equipment from branch offices and data centers;• Get involved in investigating and troubleshooting various alerts triggered by faulty network equipment, using different monitoring tools;• Be in charge of performing daily tasks: analyze servers’ performance (CPU, memory, etc.), perform daily reports;• Work closely with upper-level teams to solve network incidents;• Get in touch with the Internet service provider (ISP) by email or phone and cooperate in solving Internet connection issues;• Provide direct customer support when required.Required Skills•At least one year of practical experience in TOC/NOC operations;•Basic networking knowledge: OSI stack and networking protocols (Ethernet, DHCP ,DNS, TCP/UDP, etc.);•Basic knowledge about routers, switches, and IP addressing;•Basic troubleshooting experience in network topology: ping/traceroute and basic "show" commands;•Basic hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Systems (basic windows server knowledge would be a plus);•Advanced abilities using Microsoft productivity tools, such as Excel, Word, Outlook;•Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills (both English and Romanian language are required);•Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills;•Strong client service orientation;•Must be available for working in shifts (24/7);•CCNA 2 is nice to have.WORK SCHEDULEDay Shift: 7:00-18:00/ 08:00 – 19:00 (slightly flexible); - 1 hour lunch breakNight Shift: 19:00-6:00/ 20:00-7:00 (slightly flexible); - 1 hour lunch breakOn-site.We Value Our Employees:At REVELSI, we focus on ensuring you a benefit package that will take care of your health, wealth and well-being.Private Healthcare at Regina Maria;Medical Assurance at Signal Iduna;Private dental services: exclusive benefits at Life Dental Spa clinics;Edenred meal tickets;Referral Bonus;Training and growth opportunities;Team buildings;Pizza day at the office and free drinks;Christmas/Easter gifts;21 days of PTO per year, plus additional days based on seniority (up to 25 days).Equal Opportunity StatementREVELSI is an equal opportunity employer.
