This role will work closely with members of network and Service Delivery Program Teams. Candidates require extensive experience in multinational environments and with technologies used to deliver LAN, WAN, and wireless services including Aruba, routing protocols, SD-WAN, 802.11, Fortinet, Zscaler and Cisco. This is a Global technical position requiring both strong technical knowledge in conjunction with demonstration of ownership.Responsibilities:Experience in developing network solutions with high availability and resiliency Experience with Wireless Technologies, Signal optimization, Wireless coverage designUnderstanding of network design for optimal performance and availabilitySupport Office Moves and renewals according to defined standard designsAssisting the Operations teams with root cause analysis and other troubleshooting activitiesAligning with Vendors around service lifecycles and roadmapsVendor management for production hardware lifecycleManaged Service Provider technical resource and capabilities evaluationAvailability tracking and technical elimination of repeat incidents Requirements:Proven Technical capability in the field of Aruba Wireless design, management and standardizationExperience of working as part of a Global functionExperience with creating predictive surveys using planning software such as Airwave VisualRF (preferred) , Ekahau or AirMagnetExperience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting high density wireless enterprise office networksStrong knowledge with routing protocols and building tiered network designExperience with SD WAN (Velo Cloud) and associated transport technologiesDeep working knowledge of 802.11 protocols, RF propagation, and antenna technologies using multipath, spatial multiplexing, and diversity.
