Network Operations Engineer

This hybrid position is based out of a local office and combines 24/7 Level 2/3 network support with hands-on infrastructure engineering.ResponsibilitiesDeliver 24/7 support for routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancersLead incident response, fault resolution, and change managementExecute hardware/software upgrades and lifecycle managementEngineer across OSI layers using protocols like BGP, OSPF, VXLANAutomate with NETCONF/YANG, Python, Ansible, TerraformSupport zero trust, NAC, and secure access solutionsRequirementsExperience in large-scale network operations (banking/enterprise preferred)Strong troubleshooting across Cisco and non-Cisco platformsSkills in virtualization, cloud, automation, and open networkingWillingness to work flexible 24/7 shiftsCertifications (CCNP/CCIE) and scripting skills are a plus
