Highlights issues and drives resolution when required. Acts as mentor and technical coach for NSD Engineer I.ResponsibilitiesNetwork FulfilmentPerforms Network Service fulfilment for quote to cash transactional tickets for all network and datacenter products (Interconnections, IX, ECX etc.)Picks up where OTA has failed and fulfils the order based on customer requirements while maintaining SLA targetsGenerates metrics based on Service Delivery metrics on a periodic basisProblem Solving/AssessmentDetermines and applies appropriate methodologies and tools for analyzing a range of standard, functional and/or cross-functional issuesHelps identify process gaps and issuesDynamic forward thinking to ensure customers are not impacted by process/technical failuresDetermines and utilizes appropriate methodology including Lean Six Sigma where appropriateRelease ManagementObtains, creates and documents business requirements engaging multiple stakeholdersSupports and manages cross-functional BRDsWorks with the BSA's and Dev team on solution design and developmentReviews functional design (FD)Partners with stakeholders to analyze, define and document business processes within and across functional areasUtilizes Lean Six Sigma methodology, supporting the design or improvement of business processesAssist in performing user acceptance testing (UAT)May be responsible for ensuring UAT is fully planned and executedAssesses testing progressUpdates process and procedural documentationCompletes post deployment analysisProject ManagementSupports project plans and resources, helping to ensure resources are in the right place at the right timeWorks with stakeholders to gain alignment through implementation and post-implementation stagesCommunicates team progressApplies appropriate project management skills and best practices including Lean Six SigmaHelps identify risks and issuesReporting and MetricsStatus reporting providing periodic project updates, highlighting risks, issues and concernsPerforms ad-hoc reportingCSITakes part in cross functional discussions to drive issues, challenges and prioritization effortsUpdates CSI and Issues logs ensuring the relevant detail is providedDevelops CSI opportunities for the wider team to reviewQualificationsBachelors Degree Or Equivalent ExperienceFull CCNA qualificationEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
