Tasks and responsibilitiesEvaluate, configure, install, and operate networking and network security solutionsDevelop, document, and present technical solution conceptsContribute expertise to projects as a core team memberSupport the support organization with deep technical know‑howPerform fault analysis, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high network availabilityMust-have criteriaSeveral years of experience operating and improving firewall solutions and enterprise networksHands-on knowledge in at least some of: NAC, WAF, load balancing, DNS, DHCP, monitoringService‑oriented, collaborative, proactive, and structured working styleWillingness to work during off‑peak hours when neededNice-to-have criteriaExperience creating internal documentation and presenting technical conceptsLanguage requirementsExcellent German and English, written and spoken
