Network Specialist

Mandatory : Ability to communicate and present in an understandable manner in both verbal and written. (JAPANESE & ENGLISH)Option 1 : Wifi / WLAN / NAC expertise (Cisco)Option 2 : Web gateway proxy expertise (Skyhigh) Responsibilities:Support production platforms across all products under the department's responsibility (include support shift, weekend operation and Follow the Sun)Plan and deploy upgrades to fulfil compliance, security or capacity requirementsDesign, test and implement news solutions for product under its direct responsibilityWork in close relationship with other IT teams to ensure client requirement and expectation are mutually agreedDeliver continuous improvement of the products under its direct responsibility (efficiency, new features, self-service, ...)Continuously adapt a mindset of simplification and cost optimization in day-to-day activities (automation, AI tools, ...)Demonstrate high level of integrity and follow the group's cyber security guideline Skills:Strong knowledge of network and telecommunication technologies included but not limited to Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Arista, SkyHigh, F5Optional expertise : Web gateway proxy technologies, WLAN (Wifi) and NAC deploymentBroad understanding of Fundamental Infrastructure Areas (Network, Operating Systems, Servers, Storage, DHCP, DNS, etc...)Basics in coding language (Python, Bash), automation tools (Ansible, ...) and Continuous Delivery frameworkBasic knowledge of Asian markets and trading activities3 to 5 years of experiences (ideally from banking and finance industry)
