ID: NS1025DPJOB TITLE: Network SpecialistSALARY: CI$75,000 – CI$95,000 paBENEFITS: Competitive Package OfferedWe are actively recruiting for a Network Specialist to join our Information Technology Team to deploy new infrastructure, optimize network performance, and support ongoing IT and business initiatives.DO YOU HAVE:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)ITIL FoundationProfessional-level network certifications (e.g., CCNP or equivalent), preferredWorking knowledge with Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet and Palo AltoMinimum of 5 years of experience in a networking or related technical roleProven experience managing, supporting, and troubleshooting voice and data networksExperience with network deployment, hardware configuration, and performance tuningProficient in configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systemsSolid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPSEC)Working knowledge of security tools, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and conducting security auditsWE WANT YOU TO:Monitor network performance and swiftly address issues to minimize downtimePerform regular maintenance tasks including software patches, updates, and hardware upgradesConfigure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network solutions to align with operational standardsSupport network expansion and integration efforts across business entities and new locationsTroubleshoot incidents and escalate complex issues as needed to senior team membersPrepare and submit detailed change request documentation for any changes to the networkMaintain detailed and up-to-date network configuration records, documentation, and support materialsPrepare reports on performance metrics, incidents, and network-related activitiesSupport network infrastructure planning during remodels or new business openingsDEADLINE: Midnight, Friday 14 November 2025
