Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role based in Dublin, with the flexibility to work remotely for some tasks. The Network Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and administering network systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring security protocols are adhered to, and managing network design projects. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and optimal operation of network environments.QualificationsProficiency in Network Administration and Networking to manage and optimize network systems effectivelyStrong skills in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity or performance issues efficientlyExperience with Network Security to implement best practices and ensure secure system operationsKnowledge of Network Design principles to develop and enhance network architecture as neededAttention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesRelevant certification in network systems or IT is an asset (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+)Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
