If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving complex network challenges, this role is for you.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage scalable network solutionsMonitor and troubleshoot network performance and outagesMaintain network security and ensure compliance with internal policiesPerform regular system and hardware upgradesCoordinate with vendors for support and procurementMaintain documentation for network configurations and proceduresSupport other IT teams in integrating and securing network-dependent servicesEnsure high availability of network services and infrastructureConduct capacity planning and proactive performance analysisAssist in the implementation of disaster recovery and backup strategies🎓 Qualifications & SkillsWe’re looking for someone who brings a strong mix of education, experience, and technical know-how:Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field3+ years of hands-on experience in network administration or supportSolid understanding of:Network infrastructure design, deployment, and troubleshootingLAN/WAN technologies, routing, and switchingTCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNsFirewalls, load balancers, and proxy solutionsWireless technologies and access point managementNetwork segmentation, redundancy, and failoverNetwork performance monitoring and optimization toolsFamiliarity with tools such as:Cisco IOS / NX-OSFortinet / Palo Alto firewallsSolarWinds, PRTG, or similar monitoring toolsStrong documentation and diagramming skills (e.g., Visio)Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficientlyUnderstanding of the ITIL framework and incident management processesBonus if you hold any of the following certifications:CCNA / CCNPNetwork+ (CompTIA)Fortinet NSE CertificationsMikroTik MTCNA / MTCREITIL Foundation
