Network Support Engineer

Fiber X CompanyJob Title: Network Support EngineerJob Type: Full Time Job Location : BasraResponsibilities:·      Responsible for managing technical issues or requests routed from contact center.·      Provide onsite or remote technical support in response to emergency work request, network failure or customer issue.·      Coordinate with other technical or OSP teams regarding new deployment and service installation.Assist/support other network related tasks/requirements as directed·      Follow up with customers to ensure their network and services are fully functional after troubleshooting  Requirements :-•       ISP Fundamentals•       Internetworking knowledge of WANs, LANs, VPNs, network management, routers, switches.•       Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies.•       Familiarity with ticketing systems, PRTG, monitoring tools.•       Excellent communications skills.•       Minimum of 1 year of network administrator role, or technical support experience.•       BSC computer science, telecommunication, electrical engineering or any related study, MTCNA, CCNA certificate preferred. Interested candidates kindly send your CV to jobs@fiberx.iq
