Financial Controller

OverviewNeuberger Berman is looking for a Financial Controller to take responsibility for the financial oversight of Neuberger Berman Saudi Investment Company. ResponsibilitiesFull ownership of Middle East from a financial perspectiveGovernance & ControlOversight of operational accounting entries made by centralized functionsProduction of monthly, quarterly and annual management reportingAll statutory, tax and regulatory reportingCash and capital managementResponsibility for year-end auditReview the current processes, procedures and systems. Recommend improvements then document and implement them across the team.

Business SupportProduction of Board level and business level management reportingAd-hoc financial modellingInteraction with local regulators and banking partnersRequirementsQualified accountant (preferable 3+ years post qualifications)Experience in working for either a Financial Services firm (highly preferred) or US Parented company (desirable)Confident, with the ability to deal with multiple internal clientsHighly organized, adherence to internal deadlines and appropriate escalation any issuesSelf-starter, able to work independently whilst ensuring engagement with the wider finance teamAdvanced excel skillsJob Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaNeuberger Berman is an equal opportunity employer.
