Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle sales floor.Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.Ensure excellent customer service standards and manage customer satisfaction levels.Conduct staff training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and dealership policies.Monitor stock levels, vehicle deliveries, and floor presentation.Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and finance options with customers where required.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.Ensure compliance with company policies, financial processes, and regulatory requirements.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, financiers, and business partners.Grade 12 / Matric (essential).Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or Sales (advantageous).Minimum of 3–5 years experience in car sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.Valid driver’s license.
