Now, we are establishing a new Commercial Management division to further drive growth with our proven solutions – inside the Telekom Group, and in the external market.Your Responsibilities:As our New Deal Manager, you will drive DTSE’s growth on the external market, owning the end-to-end acquisition of new customers, from lead generation to closed deal.Drive lead generation through own targeted activities and by coordinating existing sales infrastructure within DT, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholdersLead commercial negotiations with customersEnsure sound deal documentation and compliance, including customer contacts, requirements, volumes, decision structures, & deal plansOrchestrate collaboration across Expert Sales, Delivery, and Commercial Management Backoffice to ensure smooth execution through all deal stagesYour Profile:7+ years of relevant experience in sales with a strong focus on complex B2B or public sector dealsProven track record of acquiring and winning high-value, strategic dealsExcellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills across functions and seniority levelsEntrepreneurial, proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindsetReady to make an impact?
