Concord is part of a network of hospitals and healthcare services within Sydney Local Health District.To provide a high quality Dietetic service to patients/clients and carers in order to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes for the patients/clients of the service. This will include providing nutrition care, education, counselling, and nutrition support to inpatients and/or outpatients in a clinical area. Exercise professional judgement in line with years of experience. Is actively involved in quality assurance and service development activities within the department.
