ResponsibilitiesFamiliar with and understand the terminology of the automobile businessStay informed of the company and the industryAttend to customers promptly and courteouslyUse the telephone effectively to seek and obtain prospectsBe familiar with the new and pre-owned inventory and competitive productsProvide customer with feature presentation, tailored to their interests and needsSettle deals with proper techniques with profit minded closingsKeep management informed with closing help, able to sell financing and aftermarket productsEffectively complete the delivery process, including follow up to ensure customer satisfactionWork with service and other departmentsDemonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
