This is a pivotal role within our business, supporting clients from contract signing right through to key handover.About the Role:Reporting directly to the Office Administration Manager, you will guide clients through the entire pre-construction and construction process, providing expert advice, clear communication, and professional support every step of the way. This position is ideal for someone currently working in a similar role who is ready to take the next step in their career.Key Responsibilities:Manage new home builds through the full administrative process, from contract signing to handover.Conduct initial introductory meetings with clients.Facilitate Prestart Meetings, assisting clients in selecting materials, colours, and finishes.Prepare and manage base Addenda and Construction Addenda.Coordinate and complete contractual documentation.Liaise with local councils, developers, and relevant stakeholders as required.Follow up on finance approvals and land settlements with clients.Maintain a high level of customer service and build strong client relationships.Raise and process variations during pre-construction or construction.Schedule and conduct handover meetings with clients as required.What You’ll Bring:Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the residential or commercial building industry (e.g. Contracts Administration, Client Liaison, Prestart Consultant, or New Homes Admin).Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software.Accountability and a proactive, can-do attitude.Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure.Why Join Us?Be part of a well-established, respected building brand.Enjoy a family-oriented culture that values its people.Opportunities to grow your skills and career within a supportive team.Work on diverse and exciting home builds across the Greater Metro and regional WA.Apply NowIf you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and want to make your mark with a team that values quality and client satisfaction, we want to hear from you.
