And when challenges come up, our clients know one thing: we’ve got this.About you:You’re a proven sales operator who knows how to connect with people and close deals without the hard sell. You can talk plans, budgets, and backyards in plain english — giving clients peace of mind through every step.To thrive with us, you’ll:Have a track record in sales, preferably in residential building or construction salesBe strong on negotiation, relationship-building, and presentingIdeally be able to understand architectural/plan specs and translate them clearly for clients, or at a minimum have a passion for home building/renovationsBe confident with sales/CRM tools and pipeline reportingHave commercial acumen (margins, pricing, cost impacts)Be self-motivated, target-driven, and client-first in your approachHold a valid driver’s licence and be willing to travel to sitesAbout the role:This isn’t about pushing cookie-cutter houses. It’s about helping clients realise their dreams — while keeping the process smooth and stress-free.As Sales & Business Development Manager, you’ll:Manage all inbound/outbound leads and drive them through the sales funnelAct as primary contact from first enquiry to contract signing and handoverPresent and promote home & land packages and design-build optionsMaintain pipeline health, conversion metrics, and reportingCollaborate with architecture, estimating, marketing, and operationsEnsure smooth contract handovers to the project teamBe an ambassador for McBrimar in the region — building networks with realtors, land developers, and referral partnersWhy work with us?At McBrimar, you’ll get more than just a sales gig.
