The New Homes Sales Consultant will be responsible for showcasing homes to potential buyers, providing excellent customer service, negotiating sales, and assisting clients throughout the home buying process. Additional tasks include maintaining knowledge of the housing market, conducting sales training sessions, and reaching out to prospective clients to generate new leads.QualificationsCustomer Service, Sales, and New Home Sales skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
