Role OverviewNew Leaf Recruitment is seeking a talented Chief Marketing Officer / Marketing Manager for our client.
This key role will lead the development and execution of their global marketing strategy. You will manage a small remote team and external agencies, ensuring marketing spend delivers measurable ROI. Collaborating closely with the CRO, you will play a crucial role in supporting revenue growth. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Market GrowthDevelop and execute a US-focused marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives. Tailor messaging to the US market while maintaining global brand consistency. Build and maintain marketing plans for both B2C and dealer/distributor networks. Digital Marketing & ROIPlan, manage, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, SEO, and retargeting.
Develop clear reports and dashboards to track marketing spend, ROI, and lead pipeline performance. Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign targeting and automate processes for better efficiency. Brand & ContentOversee the creation of customer case studies, testimonials, reviews, and other relevant content. Manage website content and updates to support lead generation initiatives. Direct the social media strategy and execution for the US market. Team & Third-Party ManagementLead and grow a remote team of marketing professionals, freelancers, and agencies. Manage relationships with dealerships and partners to optimise marketing campaigns. Oversee third-party vendors for both offline and online marketing channels.
Customer Insights & ResearchConduct market research and competitor analysis specifically for the US market. Develop and refine the ideal customer profile (ICP) and audience segmentation strategies. Implement customer surveys and collect insights to inform and refine marketing strategies. Lead Generation & ReportingDrive lead generation initiatives with a focus on measurable pipeline growth. Establish and maintain a robust reporting framework to keep the CRO and senior leadership updated. Ensure all marketing activities align with revenue goals and provide regular performance updates. RequirementsProven experience in senior marketing roles, with a track record of success in the US market.
Strong expertise in digital performance marketing, with clear evidence of ROI and campaign success. Experience managing and reporting on marketing budgets and campaign performance. Excellent written and spoken English. Experience working remotely and managing distributed teams effectively. Knowledge of dealer/distributor networks is an advantage. Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Flexible working hours to support activities focused on the US market.
