New Product Development Manager

We’re Hiring: New Product Development Manager(We’re looking for someone who sits at the intersection of product, sourcing & brand, can spot a great idea, turn it into a real product & make sure it fits the market, the brand and the unit economics.)Location: DehradunType: Full-TimeWhat You’ll Do • Lead NPD from idea to launch across toys/play and home-lifestyle • Research trends, competitors, materials, and pricing • Source vendors in India/China, manage sampling, negotiate costs • Evaluate materials across wood, plastics, coatings, adhesives and FMCG-adjacent categories • Build PRDs, run testing, and ensure basic quality checks • Coordinate with design, marketing, and ops for packaging, shoots, and launches • Own timelines, QC, documentation, and SKU lifecycle • Drive product-market fit decisions based on D2C, Amazon, and consumer insightsWho You Are • 2–6 years in NPD, category management, sourcing, or brand/NPD hybrid roles • Hands-on experience launching physical products end-to-end • Strong research ability and comfort working with manufacturers • Understanding of D2C fundamentals: pricing, margins, packaging weight, logistics • Aesthetic sense and high attention to detail • Tools: Google Sheets, Notion, basic Figma/CanvaBonus • Experience in toys, stationery, home, lifestyle, or FMCG • Exposure to Amazon launches or A+ content • Vendor/factory networks in India or ChinaWhy Join UsWork closely with the founders and shape category-defining product lines for two modern, design-forward consumer brands
