Global Tech Company Seeking Experienced NPI Manager – End-to-End Leadership OpportunityA leading global high-tech company is looking for an experienced NPI Manager to lead end-to-end New Product Introduction processes for one of its flagship Tier-1 customers.This key role involves managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, working closely with global clients, and taking full ownership of all development phases through to mass production.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team (Product, Process, System, and Manufacturing)Drive all stages of the NPI lifecycle: Bring-Up, EVT, DVT, PVT through to Mass ProductionEnsure Manufacturing Readiness including DFX implementation and Yield ImprovementManage multiple interfaces across internal stakeholders and external global customersMonitor and control KPIs related to quality, timeline, and costRequirements:B.Sc. in Engineering – required | M.Sc. – an advantage10+ years of experience in NPI / Manufacturing Engineering / OperationsProven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and engineering leadersHands-on knowledge in PCBA assembly and system-level testingHigh proficiency in English – written and verbal – is a mustcv+5902@hrhome.co.ilLocation: Haifa Area
