🎮🎬📚Description du posteAs part of our growth, we are looking for a Head of Performance & Strategy to lead and structure our performance team. Reporting directly to management, you will oversee campaign performance, grow the team, and play a strategic role within the agency. This role requires a dual skill set: strong technical expertise in digital performance (UA, social, programmatic, etc. ) and proven leadership and team structuring capabilities. 🏆 Key Responsibilities🎯 Team Management & StructuringLead the performance team with a high standard of excellenceSupport team development: regular feedback, goal setting, trainingAnticipate HR needs:

reinforcements, recruitment, internshipsEstablish clear, sustainable, and efficient work methods⚙️ Process & Tool StructuringDiagnose current workflowsPropose and implement tangible improvements (tools, routines, reporting)Contribute to the design of internal products📈 Technical Expertise & Operational OversightProvide advanced technical expertise in User Acquisition and performance mediaStep in on key strategic or sensitive campaigns when neededOversee performance analyses and recommend optimization plansEnhance tracking and reporting tools (Looker Studio, internal dashboards, etc.

)🧑‍💼 Client Relations & Strategic PositioningActively participate in client meetings (presentations, reviews, strategic sessions)Strengthen the performance team’s credibility in client relationships🤝 Platform Relations & External VisibilityServe as the main point of contact with platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc. )Manage strategic and political issues (certifications, beta access, credit lines, etc. )Contribute to the team’s visibility (speaking opportunities, events, etc. )🔍 Required SkillsTechnical ExpertiseStrong command of UA/social/programmatic platforms (DV360, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc. )Proven experience in performance media:

mobile/web acquisition, tracking, attributionExcellent understanding of KPIs (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV…)Solid skills in data analysis and visualization tools (Looker Studio, GA4, etc.
