Position OverviewWe’re seeking a proactive Part-Time Marketing Assistant to help elevate our in-office marketing efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a bachelor’s student or recent graduate passionate about marketing, communications, or business to contribute to a team-driven environment while gaining valuable industry exposure. There is opportunity for the position to become full-time.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and schedule marketing content, including social media posts, newsletters, and client communicationsAssist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for client meetingsSupport email campaigns and outreach initiatives to prospects and clientsConduct light research on industry trends, competitors, and target markets to inform strategyEnsure consistent branding and messaging across all materials and platformsCollaborate with the team on in-office events and client engagement initiativesProvide support on ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in progress or completed (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented and highly organizedFamiliarity with Microsoft Office; experience with design tools (e.
