We are searching for a talented recruiter to join our Rochester team. We are looking for an individual who is organized, motivated and a positive team-player. We have an excellent team and looking to expand upon that with true professionals. Responsibilities:

At NYTP you will perform 180/full cycle recruiting for direct hire and consulting positions in the Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT marketplace. Working across all industries with clients in upstate NY as well as other parts of the country. You will be responsible for sourcing, submitting candidates, coordination of the interview process and making offers and closing candidates. You will work closely with account managers, who perform business development, providing valuable insight into the recruiting landscape and helping to close candidates to fill requisitions. Environment: Hybrid work environment, partially remote and partially onsite, flexible schedule.

Requirements: 2+ years of talent acquisitions/recruiting experience in a corporate of agency environment preferred.
