Job Description

Overview: We are a growing performance marketing agency looking for a remote Sales Support Specialist bases in Tunisia to handle post-call tasks, CRM maintenance, and administrative follow-ups. You will play a critical role in streamlining our sales process and ensuring leads move through the pipeline effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Post-Call AdministrationSend contracts and proposals via DocuSignUpdate client records and next steps in HubSpotFollow up with prospects regarding outstanding documents or questionsCRM & Workflow ManagementBuild, enrich, and maintain workflows in HubSpotMonitor signals and triggers for lead reactivationTrack deal stages and ensure data accuracy across the funnelSales CoordinationSchedule follow-up appointments between clients and sales repsCommunicate key updates or feedback from clients to internal teamsMaintain organized records of conversations and next stepsDocumentation & ReportingPrepare status updates on leads, contracts, and pipeline progressCreate and share simple reports on funnel health for internal stakeholdersKeep a record of contract changes and versioning for audit purposesRequirements:

Relevant Experience: 1-2 years supporting sales in a business services, tech, or agency environmentCRM Proficiency: Strong familiarity with HubSpot (including creating and managing workflows)Contract Management: Experience using DocuSign or similar e-sign platformsCommunication: Excellent written English skills and ability to handle client follow-ups promptlyDetail-Oriented: Capable of accurately updating records and tracking lead stagesTech-Savvy: Comfortable working with various online tools and remote collaboration platforms
