Barden are delighted to partner with a leading Investment Property company in Dublin looking for a Newly Qualified Accountant(0-2 years PQE) to join their team, in a Financial Modeling focused Financial Analyst role.This is a permanent role, in Dublin City Centre, 5 days a week in the office. Well-known for Excellent Work Life Balance.About The Role:Developing financial/appraisal models for investments;Preparing KPI and Board reports re: funding;Preparation of cash flow forecasts;Managing debt, cash and treasury processes;Involvement in ad-hoc projects.About The Person:Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA - 0-2 Years PQE;Experience in Real Estate investment or development an advantage;A self-starter and motivated;Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels across the organisation;Strong excel and financial analysis/modeling experience.
