Newstel is hiring!We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Customer Service Agent with exceptional English communication skills, proven call center expertise, and a strong sense of integrity. This is a fully remote role that requires a self-motivated, reliable individual who consistently demonstrates proactive behavior, empathy, and professionalism in every customer interaction. What You’ll Be DoingDeliver outstanding customer service via phone, chat, and email. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism. Provide support with account management, technical troubleshooting, order processing, and other service-related tasks based on account assignment.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and procedures to ensure accurate information is shared with customers. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs). Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system. Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures, and quality standards in every interaction. What We’re Looking ForMinimum 3 years of experience in a call center or BPO environment with a consistent attendance record. Exceptional English communication skills — both written and verbal — with strong grammar and clarity.
Strong empathy and active listening skills, with the ability to understand and resolve customer concerns effectively. Proven ability to work towards defined performance KPIs and consistently meet or exceed targets. High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability in a remote work setting. Technologically proficient; able to navigate multiple systems and tools with ease. Educational background: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), SHS Graduate, Vocational/Associate Degree, or College Graduate. Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Demonstrates initiative and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively in a remote environment.
