This role carries full P&L accountability, with a focus on customer and employee experience, value creation, and alignment across commercial, product, and operational functions. Key Responsibilities:
✅ Define and lead product line strategy and long-term planning✅ Own P&L and drive measurable outcomes (Snowball initiatives, Customer NPS, eNPS)✅ Lead Go-To-Market and product strategies with executive stakeholders✅ Define pricing strategies in partnership with finance and services✅ Manage cross-functional leadership team and support org design and staffing✅ Champion transformation initiatives and alignment in a matrixed environmentRequired Experience:
✔ Proven leadership in business software, ideally SaaS/cloud-based✔ Full P&L ownership and end-to-end product or business unit leadership✔ Success in VP-level roles within international, matrixed organizations✔ Experience leading strategic change or structural transformations✔ Ability to operate across both commercial and technical areasPreferred: • Background in sales or go-to-market strategy• Nordic experience or cultural understanding• Strong cross-functional collaboration in decentralized environments
