In your future role, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with AML regulations, conducting internal controls, and providing expert advice on AML matters. You will be part of a dynamic compliance team, working closely with other departments to implement legal updates and ensure the organization meets all regulatory requirements. Your contributions will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our processesAbout Your Future RoleIn this position, you will:

Developing AML risk assessments covering the entire company’s operationsSupervising the functioning and updating of the company’s AML documentationConducting control activities as part of the second line of defensePreparing and delivering mandatory AML training within the companyProviding internal guidance on AML compliance mattersImplementing legal changes related to AML within the organizationParticipating in projects related to new products, tool changes, and regulatory adaptationInforming management bodies about AML compliance levels, identifying risks and control mechanismsReporting AML-related dataSubmitting transactions to the FIU (Financial Intelligence Unit) and handling incoming inquiriesWhat Makes You a Great FitWe’re looking for someone eager to make a difference.

Here’s what we value: Essential Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in AML/CFT within the financial sectorTheoretical and practical knowledge of AML regulationsHigher education, preferably in Law, Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields; AML/CFT training and ACAMS certification are a plusProficiency in English at C1 levelStrong command of MS Office suiteHighly developed analytical skillsExcellent work organization and proactive problem-solving approachEven if you don’t check every box, your unique potential and willingness to learn could set you apart.
