Perform ODD (Ongoing Due Diligence) for existing customers - review and evaluate client's activity, collect documents, look for external informationReview registries, databases and documentation provided by the customers and undertake research, document checks, and financial crime risk assessmentConstantly review and improve operational documentation (manuals/checklists/etc.
)Identify potential ML and TF related risks of the customerEnsure best in class communication with other business units and clientsEnsure compliance standards are met with current AML/CFT regulations, and other relevant legislationIdentify and recommend policy, procedure and system change to ongoing due diligenceShow high motivation and ownership of tasks within the team/department/companyWhat we are looking for:
2+ years of experience in AML/ODD, or a similar roleGreat knowledge and understanding of AML laws and regulatory environmentKnowledge on a variety of business profiles and structuresExcellent analytical skills and high level of accuracy and attention to detailA team player while being able to perform assigned duties on your ownExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishWould be an advantage: Understanding/experience with crypto would be a huge advantagePrevious experience in a FinTech company would be an advantageHolding the professional certifications ICA or CAMS would be an advantage, however not obligatoryWe offer:
