Quality Manager- Food Manufacturing

Job Title: Senior Quality/Technical ManagerLocation: MeathIndustry: Food ManufacturingOverview: Our client, a rapidly expanding food manufacturer, is recruiting a Quality/Technical Manager for it's site based in Meath. The role will involve ensuring the manufacturing facility is compliant with BRC and customer standards at all time, ensuring a robust QMS system exists and responsible for a team of 5 with the Quality/Technical function. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage site technical functions, ensuring food safety and quality standards are maintainedPrepare for and lead BRC and customer auditsManage and develop a small on-site technical teamOversee compliance with legal, regulatory and customer requirementsWork closely with production and NPD to support continuous improvement and site developmentRequirements: Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment, ideally with fresh produce experienceStrong knowledge of BRC standards and experience leading auditsExcellent attention to detail with a hands-on, pragmatic approachExperience managing or mentoring team membersStrong communication skills and ability to liaise with customers and internal stakeholdersWhat’s on Offer:
