We are looking for an experienced and highly efficient Procurement Manager to lead and organize all local and international purchasing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best prices and quality, planning procurement needs, ensuring timely supply, and managing vendor performance.  Key Responsibilities: ​•​Manage and organize local and international purchasing processes efficiently. ​•​Negotiate with suppliers to ensure best prices and highest quality. ​•​Plan procurement needs and ensure timely availability of materials. ​•​Evaluate suppliers regularly and maintain an updated list of approved vendors. ​•​Ensure compliance with specifications and purchasing standards.
​•​Oversee purchase orders, shipping processes, customs clearance, and delivery. ​•​Develop procurement policies and enhance overall procurement procedures. ​•​Collaborate with accounting on purchase-related invoices and payments.   Required Qualifications: ​•​Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. ​•​Strong knowledge of purchasing-related accounting procedures. ​•​Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). ​•​Excellent negotiation and communication skills. ​•​Familiar with import/export processes, customs clearance, and logistics. ​•​Experience using ERP or purchasing systems. ​•​Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. ​•​Strong English language skills (spoken and written)To apply: Interested candidates can send your updated CV  to: saja-ayaad@nextlevel-iq.
