Strong experience developing and deploying ServiceNow ITOM modules, including: Discovery: Configure MID Servers, patterns, probes/sensors, and CI classification rules. Service Mapping: Define business services, create traffic-based and pattern-based maps. Event Management: Integrate external monitoring tools via SNMP, REST, or scripted input transforms. Operational Intelligence & Cloud Management: Implement machine learning indicators and configure cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proficient in JavaScript (server/client), Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub. Skilled in creating/update sets, scoped apps, custom tables, and ACLs. Working knowledge of CMDB, data normalisation, dependency views, and reconciliation rules.
Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow (Jenkins/DevOps pipelines) is a plusNice to Have: ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator, ITOM Implementation Specialist, or similar). Familiarity with additional monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace or AppDynamics. Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business-friendly language.
