The ideal candidate will be responsible establishing short-/mid-/long-term marketing strategies and execution to increase market share and enhance brand value. **The position is based in Korea HQ. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute communication strategies aligned with the global brand direction set by HQ. Identify new market entry opportunities and drive long-term brand growth through in-depth market and competitor analysis. Evaluate the ROI and effectiveness of both online and offline marketing initiatives to optimize performance. Monitor and analyze marketing strategy execution, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher. Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean to effectively communicate with HQ in Korea. Minimum of 15 years’ experience in FMCG or related consumer product marketing, including proven leadership of teams or organizations. Candidate who is able to relocate in Korea HQ. Deep analytical understanding of global and local food trends as well as consumer behavior and insights. Proven experience in product launch and channel strategy for domestic and international markets. Background in multinational FMCG companies is preferred. Marketing experience in snack or beverage categories is a strong advantage. OthersSalary: Negotiable based on qualifications.
