Middle/Senior Promo Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective promotional strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns and analyse campaign performance to optimise results. This position requires an understanding of the iGaming and Betting landscape. Key Responsibilities:

Developing and managing daily, weekly, and monthly promotional calendars for online casino products;Planning and executing engaging promotions, tournaments, bonuses, and loyalty campaigns tailored to different customer segments;Working closely with CRM, design, content, product, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution of all campaigns;Monitoring campaign performance and KPIs (conversion, ROI, player activity, churn), and optimising accordingly;Conducting competitor analysis and staying updated with industry trends to identify promotional opportunities;Analysing player data and behaviour to segment audiences and personalise promo offers;Innovating new concepts to maximise player engagement and reactivation. Ideal profile for the position:

3–5 years of experience in iGaming, specifically in online casino promotions;Solid understanding of promotional tools, mechanics (free spins, cashbacks, tournaments), and bonus structures;Strong data-driven mindset and experience working with analytical/reporting tools;Understanding of local and international regulatory compliance for promotions;Excellent organisational and project management skills;Upper-Intermediate level of English (B2+) – both written and spoken, for daily communication and campaign execution. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Will be a plus: Experience with promotional automation and CRM platforms (e. g. , Optimove, Salesforce, Emarsys);Familiarity with casino game providers (e. g.
