Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Account Executive to join us in Central European ALPS Team. In this role, you will be assigned to specific Nexthink accounts within Austria and Switzerland and youâll build long-lasting relationships and expand our business. You will oversee all parts of the sales cycle, including negotiations, contract generation, and order fulfillment. As a Nexthink Account Executive, youâll gain an understanding of customersâ business and technology environments and suggest how Nexthinkâs solution will provide a competitive advantage for both existing Nexthink customers as well as prospects in the assigned territory.
Your roleResponsible for revenue generation and revenue target achievement in the assigned territory in both existing and new Accounts. Lead customer meetings, presentations, attend fairs and eventsPrepare proposals and close contractsTeam with Nexthink Business PartnersAchieve sales goals and targets for assigned territory on a quarterly and annual basis by: Developing a sales strategy in the territory with a target prospect list, and a regional sales plan.
Developing a regional strategy and plan leveraging Nexthink partnersDeveloping marketing plans with the marketing team to drive revenue growth and pipelineTaking a consultative approach with customers by understanding their existing challenges and future strategies to drive the Nexthink solution within the marketplace. Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue growthSales process management and opportunity closureOngoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and growth within large installed base.
QualificationsDemonstrable Business development experience gained within software or solution sales organizationsTrack record of achieving goals and knowledge with prospects and customers in Austria and/or SwitzerlandStrong management, interpersonal, written and presentation skillsAble to work independently and remotely from other members of your team and corporateBoth âFarmerâ and âHunterâ Skills.
