The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of single service global projects within the Accellacare network, ensuring consistency with ICON SOPs, study contracts, and budgets. Location:

United States (Remote)What You Will Be DoingLead and manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of single service projects within the Accellacare program, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standardsDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirementsDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategiesAssemble, coordinate, and support project teams to ensure successful deliveryMonitor project progress, quality, and budget using appropriate toolsCommunicate regularly with stakeholders through progress reports and updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project risks and issuesManage project changes, conduct evaluations, and assess final outcomesYour ProfileExperience at a clinical research site2 years of experience with project management2 years of experience with timeline and budget managementAssertive and confident in communication, with the ability to lead discussions, set clear expectations, and address issues directlyTime management skills with the ability to prioritize efficientlyProactive mindset with strong critical thinking abilities to identify issues early and make sound, data-driven decisionsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, thoroughness, and consistencyBachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciencesWhat ICON Can Offer YouOur success depends on the quality of our people.
