Job SummaryWe’re seeking a Military Analyst to work as part of a team developing work products for the Army’s Training Management Directorate in support of the Combined Arms Training Strategies (CATS) program. This role will be responsible for developing Sustainment CATS as directed by the U. S.

Army Combined Arms Support CommandRoles And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain CATS for CASCOM MTOE UnitsAnalyze Sustainment Doctrine, Lessons Learned, After Action Reports etcConduct feedback sessions with operational unitsAssist Unit Training Managers in training the employment of CATSRequired ExperienceThree (3) + years of staff experience preparing and briefing products to senior personnelFive (5) + years of military experience with knowledge of training and education development processesFamiliar with AR 350-1, Army Training and Leader Development and TR 350-70, Army Learning Policy and SystemsEducation and/or ExperienceGraduate from a military or civilian service school equivalent to the Sergeant Majors Academy or the Command and General Staff CollegePreferred:
